A leading construction and geotechnical company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee piling, shoring, and ground improvement projects. The successful candidate will manage project delivery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Ideal applicants will have a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and strong technical skills in project management software. Position Title: Project Manager – Piling / Shoring / Ground Improvement
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) with a strong background in piling, shoring, ground improvement, or civil construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with technical, financial, safety, and quality standards.
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in piling, shoring, ground improvement, or civil construction (contractor side preferred).
Other Requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client-handling abilities. Knowledge of UAE regulatory and authority requirements (DM, ADCE, Trakhees, etc.) preferred. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary in the range of AED 10,000 – 15,000 (depending on experience).
