Role Overview

As the Sales & Marketing Manager GCC you will:

• Support the Business Development Manager with quotes client meetings and sample coordination.
• Manage marketing execution by strengthening Greenmoods visibility across digital platforms architectural networks and social media.
• Act as a biophilic design ambassador delivering engaging lunch & learn presentations for architects and designers.
• Ensure brand consistency by collaborating with our EU-based marketing team.

This role is office-based in Dubai with no travel required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes proposals and presentations for clients.
• Manage CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred) for leads and project tracking.
• Enhance brand visibility through social media newsletters and design platforms.
• Adapt global marketing content to the GCC market.
• Build strong relationships with architects designers and developers.
• Promote the values of biophilic design to the architecture and design community.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in sales support and marketing (interior design furniture or related industries).
• Knowledge or strong interest in biophilic design & sustainable interiors.
• Strong organizational communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with architectural presentations or events is a plus.
• Excellent English (Arabic an advantage).
• Must be already based in Dubai / UAE (local candidates only).
