Driven Properties is one of Dubai’s leading real estate brokerages. Our Growth & Innovation Technology (GIT) Team is building the next generation of in-house real estate technology platforms. The first major initiative is the Driven ERP — a unified system combining CRM, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Data into one scalable solution.
We’re seeking a Product Manager – Growth & Innovation to join our team and lead the ERP build from start to finish, while also contributing to future innovation projects across CRM, websites, apps, and data platforms.
Role Overview
As a Product Manager – Growth & Innovation, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle within GIT — starting with the Driven ERP. You’ll partner with business units, engineers, designers, and leadership to ensure every product is user-friendly, scalable, and delivers real impact.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build real products for real users, solving critical business problems and shaping the digital backbone of Driven’s real estate operations. You will report directly to the Growth & Innovation Lead and collaborate closely with the Technology Lead and the wider GIT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as end-to-end product owner for the Driven ERP, defining the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Collaborate with business units (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Training) to capture workflows, gather requirements, and translate them into features.
- Write clear business and functional requirements, user stories, and process flows for the development team.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Lead system testing, UAT, training, and rollout to drive adoption.
- Monitor and optimize product performance (usability, reliability, scalability).
- Track KPIs and ROI — measure adoption, efficiency gains, and data accuracy.
- Produce and maintain documentation (user guides, process maps, release notes).
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and digital transformation across products.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technology, ensuring solutions create measurable business value.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, ERP/CRM, or SaaS platforms (real estate/proptech experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of business workflows across CRM, HR, Marketing, or Finance.
- Proven ability to build products from scratch and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Methodical and organized — able to structure work clearly while staying efficient and adaptable.
- Excellent communication skills — able to bridge tech and business teams.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven in decision-making.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
