1. Accurately process payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
2. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
3. Maintain and update payroll records for auditing and reference purposes.
4. Calculate employee wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions precisely.
5. Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
6. Monitor changes in payroll laws and implement necessary adjustments promptly.
7. Resolve any payroll discrepancies or errors reported by employees.
8. Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management and audit reviews.
9. Coordinate with external payroll vendors when necessary for outsourced services.
10. Support internal and external audits by providing requested payroll information.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in payroll processing with a deep understanding of payroll systems.

4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manually reconcile payroll discrepancies.
5. Proficiency in payroll software, such as ADP, Paychex, or other industry tools.
6. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees and management.
