Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Unified Communication, IP PABX, SMS, Contact Center & Integrated Applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in SIP, IVR, VMware, Telepresence, and related UC technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead & mentor a team of telecom engineers to deliver top-quality UC solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain Unified Communication & Contact Center platforms.
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate communication platforms seamlessly.
- Introduce new technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
