Job summary
A leading hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary. Responsibilities include supervising employees, maintaining high service standards, and assisting management with day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from team members, customers, and vendors.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant.
- Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained.
- Respond to customer needs and ensure satisfactory service.
Skills
Food and Beverage Supervisor are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant.
