Overview
We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Location: Abu-Dhabi. Salary: 1300 AED. We are prepared to consider an immigrant for this position. No prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise staff in the department, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing direction and coaching, evaluating job performance and disciplining as necessary
- Ensure that all staff provide excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor daily operations of the department to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently
- Develop strategies for improving productivity, efficiency or quality of service
- Assess training needs of staff members within the department
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures; maintain accurate records as required
Requirements
- Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations
- Strong communication skills with a customer service focus
- Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically
- Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends
- Good understanding of safety regulations
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Knowledgeable about quality processes such as ISO 9001 or similar standards preferred
