Responsibilities

• Supervise the progression of all construction tasks on-site, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security laws and site safety procedures.
• Translate building strategies and construction plans for on-site teams.
• Conduct on-site assessments to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for construction site workers.
• Evaluate day-to-day construction work and recommend improvements.
• Ensure emergency tools and equipment are in place and functional.
• Guarantee project completion based on the established timeline.
