Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance, KPIs, and targets.
• Provide regular performance coaching and feedback.

• Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and client onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and increase client conversion.

Minimum Qualifications
