Job summary
A global hospitality company in Dubai is seeking dedicated restaurant staff to take reservations and welcome guests. The ideal candidate will have a service-focused personality and strong interpersonal skills, with previous experience in a similar role. Fluency in Arabic and French is mandatory. This full-time position offers the chance to grow within an esteemed organization and contribute to a world-class guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
- Fluent in Arabic and French Language is mandatory for the role.
Responsibilities
- Takes reservations and welcome guests to the outlet.
- Participates in checking the daily mise en place according to the whole day service requirements.
- Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and provides recommendations to the guests.
- Carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by the Restaurant General Manager.
- Be familiar with all related company documentation.
