Job description

• Greet all customers warmly when they visit the showroom.
• Guide them to the right person or department (sales/service).
• Help collect and update customer contact details.
• Follow up with customers from marketing campaigns and social media.
• Make cold calls to potential clients to promote the brand.
• Share product information with customers when sales executives are not available.
• Arrange and coordinate test drives (join the customer if needed).
• Support various admin tasks for the dealership.
• Take customer feedback or complaints and share them with the right team.
• Keep the reception area neat and professional.
• Always maintain a friendly and professional appearance.
