An Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees the Food & Beverage service to offer a high-quality, efficient beverage service that adds to a superior Guest experience and complies with licensing regulations related to alcoholic beverages.

What will I be doing

As an F&B Supervisor, you will supervise the bar service to ensure a high-quality, efficient beverage service that enhances the Guest experience and complies with licensing regulations. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Checking that Guest service standards are set, implemented, monitored, and continuously evaluated
• Setting up the outlet according to predetermined standards
• Complying with licensing regulations and hotel procedures related to alcohol service and conducting staff training accordingly
• Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all beverages served, their preparation (to recipe), presentation, and training staff to possess and apply this knowledge
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations and procedures, and training team members accordingly
• Ensuring all team members are impeccably presented and adhere to uniform standards
• Managing staff shortages through absenteeism management and reporting all absences
• Completing necessary administration related to staff management
• Maximizing revenue and increasing average spend per guest through upselling, high customer service standards, effective training, and motivation techniques
