We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our client's team in the central kitchen specializing in bakery and pastry. The ideal candidate will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality production, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and optimizing efficiency.
The Role
1. Operational Management:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the central kitchen, focusing on bakery and pastry production.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of raw materials and supplies.
- Coordinate the orders with the suppliers
2. Quality Control:
- Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits.
- Implement corrective actions for any deviations in quality.
3. Team Supervision:
- Supervise and train production staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Schedule shifts and manage workforce to ensure optimal coverage.
- Foster a positive working environment and address any employee concerns.
4. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
