The ideal candidate will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality production, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and optimizing efficiency.
The Role
1. Operational Management:
  • Assist in managing daily operations of the central kitchen, focusing on bakery and pastry production.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of raw materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate the orders with the suppliers
2. Quality Control:
  • Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits.
  • Implement corrective actions for any deviations in quality.
3. Team Supervision:
  • Supervise and train production staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Schedule shifts and manage workforce to ensure optimal coverage.
