Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented professional to join our team in HR Coordinator (Onboarding) capacity with a particular focus on preparing offer letters and managing the negotiation process. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong selling skills, technical knowledge of onboarding processes and exceptional communication skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires while representing the organisations values. This position requires an individual who is solutions‑focused with a keen ability to navigate complex problems and deliver positive outcomes for new joiners and the business.

Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Offer Letters and Negotiation
  • Prepare accurate and compliant offer letters and employment contracts tailored to different roles and levels within the organisation.
  • Manage the offer negotiation process addressing queries, resolving concerns and ensuring competitive and equitable employment terms are delivered.
  • Act as a point of contact for selected candidates during the pre‑boarding and onboarding period providing timely updates and guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers & stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process aligned with internal standards and business objectives.
  • Utilise HR information systems (HRIS) and digital onboarding platforms to maintain records, generate documentation and track progress of new hires.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the onboarding experience identifying and resolving potential challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relating to employment contracts and onboarding practices.
Required Skills
  • Solid technical understanding of onboarding processes, HR best practices and related employment documentation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills capable of simplifying complex information and communicating with a diverse audience.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS and document automation tools.

Qualifications & Experience: Human Resources Onboarding and Negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience preparing offer letters and negotiating terms of employment is highly advantageous.
  • Background in HR coordination, talent acquisition or related people operations roles preferably in a dynamic environment.
