Qualifications
- 15 - 20 years of experience with at least five years of executive HR experience.
- Experience building culture in hyper growth startups.
- Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, and procedures pertaining to Recruitment operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive HR team and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term mission and goals.
- Administer employee health insurance, retirement, and benefit programs.
- Manage the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent.
