Qualifications

• 15 - 20 years of experience with at least five years of executive HR experience.
• Experience building culture in hyper growth startups.
• Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, and procedures pertaining to Recruitment operations.

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive HR team and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term mission and goals.
• Administer employee health insurance, retirement, and benefit programs.
• Manage the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent.
