A regional energy solutions provider in Dubai is looking for an experienced Field Sales Team Leader to manage a team handling Etisalat Fixed Services. The successful candidate will lead outdoor sales efforts, set daily targets, and ensure team performance while maintaining compliance with documentation. Applicants should have 2-4 years of field sales experience and strong leadership skills. This role offers a competitive salary range of AED 5,000–7,000 plus incentives.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of field (outdoor) sales experience, preferably with Etisalat/DU products.
- Team handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in field environment and meet monthly targets.

- Lead, supervise, and coach field sales teams.
- Conduct outdoor sales for Etisalat fixed services.
- Assign daily targets and track team performance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
- Support team during customer interactions.
