Job Description
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for PCs, servers, and other IT-related issues for end-users across the hotel.
  • Conduct routine system health checks and capacity studies to ensure optimal performance of servers and network infrastructure.
  • Be knowledgeable of hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures, ensuring all IT operations are in line with safety protocols.
  • Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software, assisting with PC setup, IT systems, and user access during onboarding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve in-house guest IT issues, ensuring smooth access to internet and other digital services.
  • Support, manage, and administer Windows Servers, ensuring they run efficiently.
  • Proven experience in Hotel IT support and systems administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with Windows-based environments.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and database backup practices.
  • Ability to assist with onboarding and IT setup for new employees and users.
  • Understanding of hotel operations and technology integration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain service standards.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach to resolving IT issues.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned by hotel management.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times, representing the hotel’s professional image.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or relevant certifications.
  • Preferable prerequisite is 02-03 years’ experience in hotel business.
  • Knowledge in computer Hardware, Software, Data Base, and Networking.
  • Good communication skills
  • Well experienced in systems design, analysis and project implementation, central reservation system, back office modules and interfaces.
