A leading hospitality firm is seeking a Floor Manager / Restaurant Supervisor to oversee operations in a busy dining environment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, particularly in GCC countries, and demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills. The role demands a professional who can manage high-volume service pressure and is flexible with work hours, contributing positively to a team-oriented atmosphere.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Floor Manager / Restaurant Supervisor in a busy casual or fine‑casual dining restaurant
Prior work experience in Qatar or GCC countries is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of FOH operations, service standards, and customer handling
Good leadership, communication, and team‑management skills
Ability to handle high‑volume service pressure with professionalism
Working knowledge of POS systems and restaurant service workflows
Fluency in English; Hindi and Malayalam are an advantage
Kerala (Keralite) background preferred.
Strong guest‑relation and problem‑solving abilities
Hands‑on operational approach
Flexible to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude with a service‑oriented mindset
