• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to boost membership and increase revenue streams.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and effective team.
• Create and maintain a budget, monitoring expenditures and revenues to ensure financial health of the club.
• Cultivate relationships with members, addressing concerns promptly and enhancing overall member satisfaction.
• Coordinate events and programs that engage members and foster a sense of community within the club.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe environment for both staff and members.
• Analyze membership trends and feedback to adapt services and offerings to meet evolving member needs.
• Implement and oversee maintenance schedules for club facilities, ensuring a high-quality experience for all users.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance club services, negotiating contracts that benefit club operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in club management or a similar role within the leisure industry.
• Certifications in management or hospitality (e.g., CMP, CHSP) are a plus and demonstrate commitment to the field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets of $1M or more, showcasing financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele and foster long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in club management software and standard office applications to streamline operations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous for effective communication with members.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and mentorship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of making decisions under pressure to ensure smooth operations.
