- Greet guests and assist them with pool and beach facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool and beach area.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Monitor areas for guest safety and adherence to policies.
- Assist lifeguards and report safety incidents.

Education
The Pool & Beach Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction in all pool and beach areas. The role ensures that guests enjoy a pleasant, safe and relaxing experience by providing friendly service, maintaining equipment, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Greet guests courteously and assist them with pool and beach facilities, towels, sunbeds, umbrellas, and refreshments.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck, beach area, cabanas and surrounding facilities.
Ensure all pool and beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, life rings, etc.) are in good working condition.
Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to hotel policies.
Provide towels and collect used ones for laundering as per procedures.
Assist lifeguards with safety measures and report any incidents, injuries or hazards immediately.
Set up and remove beach/pool furniture and equipment according to operational needs.
Support in organizing recreational activities and events in the pool and beach areas.
Maintain stock of guest amenities such as towels, water, and sunscreen.
Follow all hygiene, sanitation and safety regulations as per hotel standards.
Excellent communication skills.
Completed a Diploma or Degree in Hotel / Hospitality Management.
Candidates must hold a valid passport.
1 year of experience in a hotel, resort or recreation facility preferred.
Basic swimming skills; lifeguard certification is an advantage.
