As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you are responsible for achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction and departmental profitability within a team-oriented environment with high morale. Your key responsibilities include:
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally possess a degree in hospitality with previous experience in Food & Beverage and additional beverage training. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, along with proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and POS systems. Familiarity with Micros is desirable, and previous international experience will be highly regarded.
Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be a well-presented, young, and trendy manager with an outgoing and friendly attitude. You should be proactive, charismatic, approachable, and have completed basic supervisory/management development training certifications. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and thrive in a multicultural setting are essential. Additional competencies include:
