Job Description

We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who can assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food and beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you are responsible for achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction and departmental profitability within a team-oriented environment with high morale. Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing schedules for all employees based on forecasted demand and within the manning guide, ensuring adequate staffing at all times under the guidance of the Outlet Manager.
• Ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the outlet.
• Participating in planning promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing under the supervision of the Outlet Manager.
• Maintaining sanitary conditions according to health codes and hotel standards.
• Supervising daily operations in accordance with standards set by Hotel Management and the Outlet Manager.
• Identifying training needs and proposing training programs in collaboration with the Outlet Manager, and continuously training staff to achieve high professionalism.
• Ensuring correct handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally possess a degree in hospitality with previous experience in Food & Beverage and additional beverage training. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, along with proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and POS systems. Familiarity with Micros is desirable, and previous international experience will be highly regarded.

Knowledge & Competencies

The ideal candidate will be a well-presented, young, and trendy manager with an outgoing and friendly attitude. You should be proactive, charismatic, approachable, and have completed basic supervisory/management development training certifications. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and thrive in a multicultural setting are essential. Additional competencies include:
