Job summary
A leading renewable energy firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to lead high-quality proposal preparations for international offshore wind projects. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the offshore energy industry, including at least 5 years focused on international offshore wind projects. The role involves supervising proposal teams and providing strategic insights to ensure competitive bids in a dynamic market.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in the offshore energy industry.
- 5+ years in international offshore wind projects.
- Experience managing complex proposal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of high-quality proposals.
- Supervise and review several proposals.
- Provide strategic input for budget preparation.
- Focal point for clients and subcontractors.

Education
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals for international offshore wind projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, commercial insight, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and develop winning strategies in a competitive bidding environment.
- Supervise & review a number of proposals
- Provide recommendations for budget preparation
- Review of estimation processes
- Focal point for client, partner & sub-contractors
- Recommend bidding strategies
- Implement agreed strategies & set procedures
- Provide input to motivate, train, develop & appraise staff
- Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum of 15 years in the offshore energy industry.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in international offshore wind projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary proposal teams in a global environment.
