Job summary

An established insurance company in Dubai is seeking a Compliance Assurance Manager to implement and deliver compliance strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 6 years of experience in related fields, and should exhibit strong negotiation and communication skills. Responsibilities include risk management, compliance reporting, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position with no remote working option.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of experience in the related field.
• Local regulatory knowledge and previous approvals highly preferred.
• Professional Certification in Compliance or Internal Audit is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute Assurance obligations under Zurich Compliance Program.
• Collaborate with business management on compliance policies and regulations.
• Prepare compliance assurance reporting for business management.
