Job summary
A leading insurance provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional to assist with policy administration, claims processing, and risk analysis. The role includes collaborating with underwriters and ensuring timely settlement of claims. The ideal candidate will manage insurance policies, negotiate terms with providers, and maintain accurate records. This position offers a chance to grow in the insurance field within a dynamic team.

- Verify accuracy and completeness of policy data and documents.
- Assist in analyzing insurance risks and determining appropriate coverage options.
- Process insurance claims and ensure timely settlement.
- Collaborate with underwriters to assess policy applications and make recommendations.
Job description
Responsibilities
- Assist in policy administration, including policy issuance, endorsements, and cancellations
- Verify accuracy and completeness of policy data and documents
- Assist in analyzing insurance risks and determining appropriate coverage options
- Process insurance claims and ensure timely settlement
- Collaborate with underwriters to assess policy applications and make recommendations to Senior Insurance Officer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records
- Negotiate insurance terms with insurance companies to obtain the best insurance coverage at reasonable price as well as introducing useful coverage, in some cases
- Review the insurance section of all contracts I subcontracts to ensure that NMDC interest in adequately protected
- Handle all insurance claims and follow up settlement of claims
- Review and process insurance policy applications
- Manage policy additions and cancellations/deletions
- Evaluate and process insurance claims
- Collaborate with underwriters to assess risks and determine insurance coverage
- Conduct investigations and gather necessary information for claim settlements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance transactions
- Administer the insurance policies and insurance claims
- Review renewed insurance policies
- Monitor all insurance policies expiry dates
- Prepare insurance claims, submit and follow up until settlement
- Conduct detailed premium debit notes / invoices
- Coordinate with relevant and insurers to update the insurance policies.
