About the Role

This position is responsible for driving the sales of insurance products through the bank’s customer base, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards. The role focuses on achieving assigned sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships through trusted financial guidance.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Consistently achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about competitor product offerings and propose enhancements to improve existing processes.
  • Provide timely feedback to the Relationship Manager regarding business goals and progress.
  • Ensure adherence to all service standards set by Protego/Bank, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct the sale of insurance products with the utmost good faith, integrity, and transparency.
  • Ensure all customer requests are processed and actioned within the defined TAT.
  • Maintain service delivery to uphold quality standards.
  • Actively promote cross-selling opportunities to the existing Protego customer base.
  • Ensure renewal conversion rates are achieved in alignment with business targets.
What You Should Have
  • Aware of banking regulatory framework, banking policies, framework and confidential standards
  • Negotiation skills, interpersonal skills
  • Drive to individually contribute for business continuity
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in insurance sales
  • Certification in insurance (CII) is preferred
