A leading trading platform in Dubai is seeking a Financial Crime Team Lead to oversee AML compliance and lead a high-performing team. The role includes monitoring performance, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring effective risk management. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in financial crime or audit within the brokerage industry, with strong analytical and communication skills. Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in Financial Crime, AML, or Audit in brokerage or trading.
- Understanding of MENA regulatory frameworks and AML/CFT trends.
