Sales : • Proactively selling event spaces, brand activations, media partnerships, and sponsorships. • Drive ticket sales and booth rentals, meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across various event segments. • Coordinate with the events and content teams to create attractive bundled packages. • Prepare tailored proposals and pricing that meet client requirements and align with brand standards. Client Relationship Management: • Respond to all event enquiries (rooms, F&B, and events) in a timely and professional manner. • Qualify leads by assessing client needs, budget, and event scope. • Conduct site inspections, presentations, and proposals to convert leads into confirmed bookings. • Act as the main point of contact for the client from initial enquiry through to event execution. Event Coordination & Execution: • Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, service, AV, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure all aspects of the event align with client expectations. • Organize pre-event meetings, both internally and with clients, as required. • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues promptly. • Conduct post-event follow-up to gather client feedback and maintain strong relationships
Experience & Knowledge: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or a related field. • Proven track record in selling event spaces. • Familiarity with the end-to-end event management process, including proposals, contracts, and execution. • Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales pipeline management. Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for achieving targets. • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure during events. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in using CRM systems, event management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to prepare tailored proposals, pricing, and contracts as per client requirements. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
