Deputy Sales Manager Dubai

Logistics / Supply Chain / Shipping / Freight forwarding industry

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing deals with customers ensuring mutual satisfaction and longterm partnership.
  • Providing aftersales support and followup to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Reporting and documenting sales activities results and feedback using CRM tools and systems.
  • Utilize OLL Vision effectively for tracking sales and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a rich active and healthy pipeline that contains strategic opportunities.
  • Consistently meet GC goals in accordance with organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and networking opportunities to represent the company.
KPI/target
  • GC target 4 times their salary on monthly basis
  • Volumes in TEUs monthly: 100 TEU
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets with minimum 6 years solid experience in UAE Logistics / Supply Chain / Shipping / Freight forwarding industry
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
