Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Negotiating and closing deals with customers ensuring mutual satisfaction and longterm partnership.
- Providing aftersales support and followup to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Reporting and documenting sales activities results and feedback using CRM tools and systems.
- Utilize OLL Vision effectively for tracking sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a rich active and healthy pipeline that contains strategic opportunities.
- Consistently meet GC goals in accordance with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events conferences and networking opportunities to represent the company.
KPI/target
- GC target 4 times their salary on monthly basis
- Volumes in TEUs monthly: 100 TEU
Qualifications
- A proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets with minimum 6 years solid experience in UAE Logistics / Supply Chain / Shipping / Freight forwarding industry
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- A strong customer focus and a consultative sales approach
- A high level of selfmotivation resilience and persistence
- Strong Work ethic and Customer Centric mindset
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing market conditions
- A valid UAE drivers license
- Bachelors degree
- English communication skills (fluently)
