Job Description
· Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
· Expand the relationship with new and existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
· Define presence strategy in the region, plan channel, brand, pack visibility tools, adapt brand creatives for the region and ensure placement in the market on the strategy.
· Understand the category, brand strategy, marketing concepts, consumer behaviour, brand promotions, brand creation, communication, development etc.
· Conduct sales negotiations with key accounts. Set up schedules and appointments to obtain new accounts and to service existing accounts.
· Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
· Track the marketing spends for the region. Ensure financial discipline internally and to external suppliers to have control over the budget.
Requirements and Skills
· Minimum Degree in any subject.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the alcohol beverage industry or in any FMCG Retail Stores.
· Effective communication as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to build a strong rapport and trust with clients.
· Proficient in MS tools. Attention to detail, analytical and data interpretation skills.
· Willingness to travel across UAE frequently.
· Age must be around 25 to 35.
· Job location - Anywhere in UAE.
· Should have a UAE Driving License.
