Job summary
A prominent service delivery organization in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Associate Director – Service Delivery to lead multi-site operations and ensure best-in-class service delivery. This role involves overseeing service performance, client relationships, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in BPO operations and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing delivery, driving revenue growth, and leading a team towards operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in BPO operations with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in client management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of operational metrics and quality frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of services across multiple programs or locations.
- Serve as the senior operational contact for client leadership.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
