My client, a Multinational Financial Services vendor, is seeking to recruit a GRC Solutions Manager to be permanently based in Dubai.
The role involves assisting with the generation of new business and ensuring growth in the Middle East & Africa regions by configuring the eGRC technology solution to support workflows such as Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Financial Control Management, Compliance, and Regulatory Risk.
This position will be self-sufficient, as Middle East & Africa are expansion markets for the platform. The candidate must be able to adapt, grow, and manage pre-sales and implementation functions in these regions. In consultation with the sales director, the manager will assess potential applications of company products or services, offering solutions that meet customer needs. They will also research and present solutions, demonstrating the cost benefits to potential customers, and provide technical training during sales and implementation processes. Additionally, they will communicate customer feedback into future product development and support sales with technical knowledge of product offerings.
