- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
