Job summary

A fast-growing beverage brand is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead their market entry in the GCC region. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in the FMCG/beverage industry, a strong network of distributors, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This position offers full autonomy and a competitive compensation package. Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic as a bonus.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales/business development within the FMCG/beverage industry in the GCC.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong existing network of distributors and key accounts in the UAE, KSA, and other GCC markets.
  • Deep understanding of import processes and certifications.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, results-oriented, and comfortable with autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the GCC region.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage key distributors in all 6 GCC countries.
  • Achieve sales targets (20 containers Year 1, 50 containers Year 2).
  • Work with marketing to build brand awareness.
  • Oversee product registration and licensing.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

We are a confidential, fast-growing Brazilian premium juice brand, #1 in our home market, now launching in the GCC. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to build our presence from the ground up.

Key Responsabilties
  • Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the GCC region.
  • Distributor Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage key distributors in all 6 GCC countries.
  • Sales & Volume Growth: Achieve sales targets (20 containers Year 1, 50 containers Year 2).
  • Brand Building: Work with our marketing team to build brand awareness and execute promotional activities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee product registration and licensing (Halal, ESMA, SFDA).
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Skills

5-8 years of experience in sales/business development within the FMCG/beverage industry in the GCC.
