Job summary
A luxury hotel company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are clean and well maintained. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle guest requests efficiently, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a quality hotel.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management are essential.
- A friendly demeanor, able to support hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are maintained and cleaned to high standards.
- Provide professional customer service to hotel guests.
- Create a safe and orderly environment for guests and employees.

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that the appearance and environment of all guest rooms meets the highest standards as set by Anantara. He or she provides exceptionally clean, neat and well maintained guest rooms and corridors.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant preferably in a similar quality hotel
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and Eye for detail
- Fair English communication skills
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
