• Conduct laboratory tests on materials and samples to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Perform physical tests, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues with laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Keep detailed records of test results and report results to relevant personnel.
• Perform experiments to develop new products or processes or modify existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and lab protocols at all times.

• Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Experience using industry-standard laboratory equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Excel is beneficial.
