As a Waiter, you will be the face of our service on the restaurant floor. You will provide attentive and professional service to guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, cared for, and delighted throughout their dining journey.

• Deliver excellent service to all guests, exceeding expectations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor and service stations.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism.
• Follow company standards, policies, and hygiene practices.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
