A dynamic solar solutions company in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager with 3-6 years of experience in battery sales. The ideal candidate will drive sales, develop strategies, and manage client relationships in the UAE. A strong understanding of battery technologies and excellent communication skills are essential. This role offers opportunities for growth in the renewable energy sector.
PowernSun looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales & Business Development Manager with specific experience in batteries (inverters, lithium‑ion, solar battery storage systems, etc.) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of relevant experience strong knowledge of battery technologies and a passion for renewable energy solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the UAE market.
Drive sales of battery solutions related to solar energy projects in the UAE.
Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and grow customer base.
Identify and approach potential clients (B2B and B2C) installers, EPC contractors and distributors.
Provide technical consultation and present tailored battery solutions to clients.
Prepare and present commercial offers, proposals and contracts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies in batteries and renewable energy.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to senior management.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution and after‑sales support.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in battery sales preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of battery technologies (lithium‑ion, lead‑acid, solar storage systems, etc.).
Proven track record in B2B or solution‑based sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel across the UAE as needed.
UAE driving license (preferred).
Based in Dubai.
