Job summary
A leading oil and gas company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Process Engineer with at least 12 years of experience in relevant industries. The role involves evaluating engineering options, implementing advanced technologies, and preparing cost optimization reports. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and excellent leadership, planning, and cost control skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and have strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in IOCs/NOCs or Engineering/EPC(M) companies.
- Fully conversant with ongoing technological advancements in engineering.
- Experience in leadership and people management.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate engineering options for projects.
- Ensure implementation of the latest technologies and best engineering solutions.
- Prepare Cost Optimization Review study reports.
- Conduct value assurance reviews and project technical reviews.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate activities in the assigned area.
- Input to department budget preparation.
