Job summary
A financial services firm in Dubai is seeking a professional with expertise in budget and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in finance management and possess strong skills in tax planning and compliance. This full-time role involves managing various financial operations and requires a Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards.
- 4-6 years of experience in professional finance management.
- Knowledge of UAE taxation environment including transfer pricing.
Responsibilities
- Budget and MIS reporting in IFRS.
- Managing all finance and accounts operations.
- Coordinating budget and financial forecasting preparation.
- Tax planning and management of tax exposures.
- Maintain comprehensive accounting records.
- Ensure accuracy of financial results and reports.
- Maintain system of controls for transactions, especially Inventory.
Skills
Education
1. Budget and MIS reporting time bound reporting in IFRS
2. Managing all finance and accounts operating
3. Coordinating and directing the preparation of budget and financial forecasting
4. Tax planning based on individual units and managing the various tax exposures
International Tax would be added advantage.
5. Maintain comprehensive system of accounting records
6. Ensure accuracy of organizations financial results and reports
7. Maintain system of controls for overall transactions especially Inventory
8. Knowledge if UAE taxation environment including transfer pricing
Chartered Accountant / CA Inter / MBA Finance
Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
4 6 years of experience of professional finance management
Managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
Leadership and General Management skills
Decision Making & Analytical skills
Risk Management Time Management and Multitasking skills
Strong communication / presentation skills
Hands on experience in handling Taxation & FP & A.
