Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of contract management and legalities.
  • Proficiency in meeting room set-ups A/V and other support services.
  • Systems and software knowledge (Opera, Microsoft Office, Internet, Marriott Global Source).

Responsibilities

  • Convert business through proposal negotiation and contractual agreement.
  • Liaise closely with clients to establish needs and expectations.
  • Respond to telephone/email inquiries for group business.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer meeting/event records.
  • Suggest positive alternatives through cross-referrals.
  • Maximize revenue by up-selling creative F & B and other event options.
