Job Summary:

The Partners Manager will be responsible for developing managing and expanding relationships with key partners to drive business growth and enhance our healthcare technology offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Identify evaluate and establish strategic partnerships that align with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales marketing product development and other teams to ensure seamless integration and of partnership initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contracts with partners ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in partnerships maintaining a positive and productive relationship.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare Administration or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management business development or a related role within the healthcare technology sector.
  • Excellence communication skills in English. Arabic and French is a plus.
