Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and architects fostering creativity and professional growth
  • Develop and implement design strategies aligned with client objectives and project requirements
  • Oversee multiple largescale interior design projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Present design concepts and proposals to clients incorporating feedback and revisions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regional building codes, regulations and sustainable design practices
  • Manage project budgets, timelines and resources effectively
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovative design solutions to maintain a competitive edge
  • Contribute to business development efforts and cultivate client relationships
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in interior design and architecture with a proven track record of managing largescale projects
  • Professional certification in interior design preferred
  • Proficiency in interior design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D Max
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing design teams
  • Understanding of sustainable design practices and their implementation
  • Creative problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projects
