Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
Follow kitchen procedures and recipes as directed by senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Assist with stock rotation and storage of food supplies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen is an advantage but not required.
Culinary education or training is preferred.
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Immediate availability preferred.
