A global hospitality leader in Dubai is seeking a Commis Chef to prepare high quality food and deliver exceptional service to elite guests. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience or two years as an apprentice in a reputable hotel or restaurant, along with basic culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge. This position emphasizes adherence to health and safety policies in a supportive team environment.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your elite guests.
The Commis Chef is responsible to prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge.
