Job summary
A leading talent consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Visitor Services Ticketing Host to warmly welcome visitors and provide information about the museum. The candidate should be experienced in customer service and fluent in Arabic and English. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, selling tickets, answering inquiries, and handling feedback to enhance visitor experiences. This role requires a high school diploma, preferably with a background in tourism or hospitality, and exposure to museum environments is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Experience in museums or tourist attractions is preferred.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist visitors with inquiries regarding facilities and events.
- Sell tickets and memberships while handling cash accurately.
- Provide support for visitors with additional needs.
- Coordinate group bookings and ticket issues.
