Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and present dishes in line with traditional and modern Italian standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal Italian menus.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, food cost control, and waste reduction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning kitchen environment.
