The Boutique Senior Client Advisor is responsible for maintaining customer service standards, generating sales both within and outside the boutique, and assisting with aftersales clients, merchandising, and cash register operations in accordance with company policies and store standards.
Reports operationally to the Boutique Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the Vacheron Constantin brand by engaging with clients during sales and aftersales within the boutique environment.
- Build brand awareness and generate business outside the boutique through client meetings, partnerships, and third-party relations.
- Assist colleagues in sales and aftersales, working as part of a team under the Boutique Manager’s supervision.
- Master the brand’s sales techniques through training to facilitate direct sales.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of client interaction.
- Develop strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure every customer receives outstanding service, including greeting, product knowledge, and a friendly environment.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Vacheron Constantin products and competitors’ offerings.
- Communicate special customer requests to the Boutique Manager and assist overseas or external clients as needed.
Ensure sales transactions comply with internal procedures using available systems.
Merchandising and Environment Maintenance:
- Participate in visual merchandising, housekeeping, and display setup.
- Display products according to guidelines.
- Support animations and product launches as per instructions.
Product Reception and Inventory Management:
- Receive shipments, perform quality control, and price items.
- Assist with monthly stock takes and manage stock orders based on analysis.
Reporting:
- Maintain aftersales reports and documentation.
- Monitor cash and invoicing processes in line with company policies.
