- Lead business development and sales strategy development across assigned sectors.
- Manage sales operations, teams, channels (distributor, retail, and direct), and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and optimize partnerships, negotiate high-value deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and drive growth.
- Coach and develop sales teams, monitor pipelines, and ensure timely order execution and compliance with regulations.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand service offerings (e.g., IT staffing, EdTech, healthcare, FMCG) as appropriate to the role.
- Experience in business development or sales leadership; industry experience in FMCG, IT, EdTech, healthcare, real estate, or logistics is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Engineering background preferred or relevant technical understanding to support product/service discussions.
- Ability to manage multi-channel sales across regions (e.g., UAE—Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi—and other markets).
- Proven track record of achieving targets, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
