Job description
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and courteous handling of present customers or over the phone, including providing necessary information, service booking, and guidance.
- Offer a welcoming experience to service customers by arranging seating and ensuring their comfort until attended by the Service Advisor.
- Direct customers to the relevant advisor who will attend to them.
- Call customers to gather feedback on their visits to ATM.
- Participate in telemarketing activities during campaigns.
- Support the reception in managing courtesy vehicles.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exposure to a multicultural environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
