A leading electrical manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality standards and drive continuous improvement across operations in Dubai and India. This role requires at least 15 years of experience in electrical switchgear manufacturing, Six Sigma certification, and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will manage teams, resolve customer complaints, and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Competitive salary and various project opportunities anticipated.
Qualifications
Must have at least 15 years of experience in electrical switchgear manufacturing related to QA/QC.
Experience in electrical testing is required.
Good background in mechanical/electrical engineering.
Responsabilités
Manage and improve Quality standards for all Lucy products and processes.
Lead the QA teams and support Operations.
Drive Continuous Improvement in Quality metrics.
Establish a process for customer complaints resolution.
Connaissances
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Six Sigma black/Green Belt certified
Problem Solving skills
Project Management
Good awareness of various manufacturing processes
Leading successful cross-functional teams
Proficient in MS Office
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Formation
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree
MBA
