- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Organize and host property viewings (residential & commercial)
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Build strong, lasting client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Lead property negotiations and close successful deals
- Create marketing strategies that showcase listings and boost brand visibility
- Meet — and exceed — your sales targets!
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate or a related sales role
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property valuation
- Excellent communication and networking skills — English required, Arabic is a plus
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships
- High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and integrity
- Proficiency with real estate platforms & digital marketing tools
- A valid UAE driving license is a must
